United Commercial Roofing was founded in 1975 by Mr. Joseph Delmaro and has been serving Rhode Island proudly. Mr. Delmaro will always be found on site to see that everything is carried out according to his expectations.

United Commercial Roofing is a professional roofing company comprised of five to ten employees. Our goal is to personally satisfy our entire customer clientele one job at a time. We have extensive experience in various types of roofing jobs such as hot tar, built up roofing, modified bitumen, aluminizing metal roofs, 3-ply hot systems and hot rubberized roof coating.
We support a diverse range of client types and various sizes of commercial and industrial buildings.
We have the equipment and the experience to serve you right. No job is too big or too small.
We are licensed by many roofing manufacturers; among them are GAF & Firestone. We can warranty their roofing applications for ten to twenty years.
These are premiere manufacturers in the roofing business; not every roofing contractor can install these roofing systems. These licenses are awarded on the basis of merit and quality of workmanship, as well as soundness of the company. In the past year, we have had several jobs, which were rated perfect upon the manufacturer’s inspection.
